Delivery Methods

We offer delivery via courier services to all locations within Bulgaria. We are also accepting pickup orders from our store in Sliven.

Shipping Costs

We do not charge any extra costs for shipping your order since the amount will be allocated based on the service you will require to have the order posted to you. Also, in case you are going to pick up the order from our store, there are no additional charges. During the checkout process, there will be no shipping costs added in the order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Bulgaria: 2-7 business days
Pickup from store: immediately available when the product is in stock

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Of course we are always trying to process the order same day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as an order is placed, you will be able to view all the information on your account under “My Account” page. In case you did not register for an account during the checkout, feel free to do to do at https://tdtractorparts.bg/bg/my-account/.

Shipping Restrictions

We are only posting orders in Bulgaria.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at sales@tdtractorparts.bg with photos of the damage. Our staff members will get back to you the quickes possible.
